All material remnants from metalworking and production processes are sorted and reintegrated into the manufacturing cycle, reducing natural resource consumption and ensuring sustainable operational efficiency. From the design phase, we prioritize the use of recyclable materials, and all suspension components we produce are designed to be reprocessable at the end of their lifecycle.

Our waste management policy follows the principle of “Zero Waste – Maximum Recovery.” Packaging materials are sourced from recyclable materials, and waste oils, plastics, and chemical components are processed at licensed recycling facilities.

At ACV, consuming less, recycling more, and producing responsibly at every step defines the essence of our environmental approach.

Every production cycle is assessed—from energy consumption to logistics—while we also aim to reduce environmental impact throughout the supply chain.

Working with carbon-neutral suppliers, optimizing short-distance logistics, and implementing efficiency-driven planning systems support our zero-carbon objectives.

A significant portion of the energy used in our facilities is generated through solar panels. Our installed renewable energy infrastructure supports production capacity while substantially reducing carbon emissions.

We continuously work to meet our growing energy demands with power sourced from nature, without causing harm to the environment. Our energy management systems are integrated with digital control technologies capable of real-time consumption analysis, efficiency monitoring, and automatic balancing across production lines. This allows us not only to source energy from renewable resources but also to use it in the most efficient way possible. ACV’s short-term goal is to meet all energy needs from renewable sources, while our long-term ambition is to achieve a carbon-negative production model.
